Overview

The FT-100M-26 is a 100-meter spool of Cat5e unshielded twisted-pair bulk cable with a red PVC jacket. Four pairs of 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors deliver 100 MHz bandwidth for reliable Gigabit Ethernet runs. Installers cut exact lengths on site and terminate with RJ45 plugs or keystone jacks for permanent links. The red jacket serves a practical purpose in crowded installations: it visually separates critical uplinks, security systems or voice circuits from general data cabling at a glance. Rated for -10 to 60 °C, the cable handles typical indoor environments from wiring closets to equipment rooms.
