FT-QDD-800G-PC005 800G QSFP-DD Passive Direct Attach Copper Cable

The FT-QDD-800G-PC005 is a passive direct attach copper cable that delivers 800 Gb/s between QSFP-DD ports over a 0.5-meter reach. Eight 100 Gb/s PAM4 lanes aggregate to full 800G bandwidth, making it suited to short-reach interconnects inside the data center. The assembly draws only 0.005 W per end, so it runs cooler and costs less than an equivalent optical pair with separate patch cords. It follows the QSFP-DD MSA, CMIS Revision 4.0 and IEEE 802.3ck, which keeps it interchangeable with compliant switches, routers and servers from multiple vendors.
